市内发生了连环杀人案件，最新死者均被挖去了肝脏。民宇（赵显宰 饰）是负责调查此案件的刑警，最新他感到此案或许与专门从事器官贩卖的黑道组织有关。民宇悉心伪装，打入了组织内部，然而狡猾的敌人还是看穿了民宇的动机和身份，欲将他除之而后快。案件的罪魁祸首是臭名昭著的九尾狐家族，而当家族中的尹诗妍（金泰熙 饰）准备杀死民宇时，却震惊的发现他竟然就是自己曾经的恋人，因此手下留情。所幸捡回一条命的民宇来到了酒吧，在此再度遇见尹诗妍，并在没有认出她的情况下救了她一命。尹诗妍后悔当初没能狠心杀死民宇为家族留下了巨大隐患，因此决心一定要弥补这一过错，亲手了解民宇。
