回复 :某城中村因强行征地拆迁发生群体性械斗，村民常青因在械斗中失手打死强拆人员而被公安机关提请逮捕，村民对此十分不满，同时反映官商勾结，要求严肃查处从中非法获利的腐败官员。市检察院侦查监督处女检察官张芸（车晓 饰）在审查常青故意伤害案中，发现报捕的材料矛盾重重，遂与负责查处城中村事件背后渎职犯罪的反渎局局长顾长风（林保怡 饰）相互配合，从犯罪嫌疑人马义成在一起人为的交通事故中死亡入手，顺藤摸瓜，陆续查出强拆公司头目杨胜强、“金玉华庭”老板金玉庭（李强 饰）等人与土地规划、房产管理等部门官员相互勾结，非法出让、倒卖土地，违规办理“两证”等犯罪事实。为逃避法律追究，金玉庭等人对顾长风或以金钱收买，或以绑架其年幼的女儿相威胁，顾毫不退缩，并得到对他爱慕已久的张芸的无私帮助。最终，常青“故意伤害致死人命”案因张芸的严格把关，最终被认定为正当防卫，常被无罪释放，不法商人和腐败官员纷纷落入法网，金玉庭携款准备潜逃国外；而张芸却因秉公执法，被犯罪嫌疑人马义成的妻子点燃汽油烧伤……
