因体型问题而内心自卑的胖女孩闫丹（徐璐饰）在人生的低谷期遇到了演员关晓康（魏大勋饰），浅井热心的晓康收留闫丹在自己的烘焙店打工，浅井可惜店里生意惨淡甚至还面临着关门的风险。为了守住这份的坚持，他们共同努力、应对困难。在晓康的帮助下，闫丹也重拾自信开始减肥。减肥几乎是所有女生的共同话题，可人生的减法又何止这一种？
