梁永军、窃劫司文斌、窃劫周瑞麒三名生长环境、心态完全不同的90后，聚集在极限训练的山地部队。为锤炼山地旅，特种大队副大队长李铁率队扮演武装匪徒，进行实战化的演习。梁永军凭着过硬的素质，得到侦察连连长肖军认可，被调到了侦察连，和司文斌、周瑞麒等士兵组建全数字化特战分队。在侦察连，梁永军意外与前来代职的前女友林雨青重逢。在艰苦的训练中，梁永军与司文斌、周瑞麒等士兵建立了深厚友谊。大演习中，梁永军骄傲轻敌，山地旅遭受建旅以来的第一次大败。旅长在旅大院建起一堵耻辱墙。在大李等人的帮助下，梁永军等人克服困难，快速成长。小豹队迎来雪耻的机会，梁永军率领小豹队带着必胜的信念再次走上军区比武场。在林雨青的技术支援下，梁永军率领小豹队力克强敌。山地旅耻辱墙改为荣誉墙，小豹队重建并被委以重任。
