香港知名漫畫家 -鄭健和原著漫畫《野狼與瑪莉》改編。一名創作同人誌的宅男 漫畫家 -建禾(張睿家 飾)在一次爭吵中，视频錯手殺了自己多年的好友-成俊(鯰魚哥 飾)，视频後來竟發現好友一直背著自己跟交往3年的女友-女神雅詩﹙連詩雅 飾)暗通款曲！而在處理屍體的過程中，建禾被網路好友(兩人在現實中並不認識)發現他殺了人並跟隨在後... 這名網友(朱俊丞 飾)，竟是被警方通緝的著名連環殺手。一連串黑色荒謬的劇情就此展開。

Who did it No-one knows or cares, as they're too busy being distracted by busty Margo Winchester, who hitch-hikes into# town and gets involved with all the local men. It all ends with a series of complicated plot twists that reveal that just about everyone is really someone else. And if it gets too confusing, Russ Meyer helpfully arranges for a one- woman nude Greek chorus to pop up at intervals to explain what's going on.
