帮帮（黄子华 饰）是屯门的“土著”，百万贝长这么大了他还从来没有离开过屯门，百万贝对外面的世界充满恐惧。帮帮一直寄居在姐姐家里，整日游手好闲、不务正业，期望有朝一日能找到一条发财妙计。一日，帮帮遇上了丑女士碌架（郭羡妮 饰），对她产生了好感，于是决心为了她而改变；而士碌架因为帮帮的侧面极像她已经离世的父亲，对他亦心生好感。两人越走越近。一次帮帮偶然发现了一个色魔在企图侮辱一名少女，惊慌之下大喊救命经色魔吓跑救回了少女。一个发财妙计在帮帮的脑中产生，那就是每次收取独自回家的少女8到10元不等，充当她们的临时保镖。在士碌架的渲染下，“屯门有色魔”这件事很快传遍了街坊，一时间人人人自危，于是帮帮的生意开始火爆起来。眼看发财在即，两人都十分开心，可是，好景不长……

回复 :很多家长花钱让子女到夏令营，企图让他们可以学到一点什么，但孩子们却往往什么都不想学，只想拥有一个让他们嬉戏的自由天地。强纳森．普莱斯导演的这部青少年喜剧，就描写一群假意按父母心意参加夏令营的孩子，在高中的戏剧老师维渥克的协助下组成了一个按他们的游戏规则来活动的夏令营，大家都玩得很开心。其中一男孩玩烟火受伤去看医生，被医生发现真相，原打算去报警，但被维渥克和孩子乞求下打消此意。但是父母们却热切期盼营区的父母日开放让他们去探望子女。维渥克想推托，但父母们还是自行上门，终于发现了整个大秘密。全片拍得相当轻松热闹，主题也有建设性，可让家长们省思。

The docuflm highlights their daily life on the one hand: at work, at home, their daughter and interests; and the attraction for the swinging world and its practice on the other: meetings, parties, dinners, car sex and much more. Everything is told and shown "without flters". The camera "pawns" the two main charachters within a "perverse" world sweetened by the sweet and gentle soul of the couple.

This upset's the natural order of the police/criminal relationship and the police and the crooks join forces to catch the IPOs (Impersonating Police Officers), including an armored car robbery in which the police must help the gangs to set a trap.
