回复 :永宁科技大学大四毕业生韩青，毕业生相应到农村是西部积极的情况下，受到上着大学，为父亲治病的陈橘红影响，赴农村实习担任村官。韩青实习的村叫橘江村，当年生产蜜橘闻名。韩青来到橘江村的当天。正是副镇长焦头烂额的一天。广大村民在橘花的带领下，到镇政府要弹和罢免了自己妇女主任的犟驴村长。副镇长一看韩青这样的大学生到来，眼前一下感到柳暗花明，于是他把旱情安排到橘江村当大学生村官。韩青上任村官后，因为不懂农村情况，被橘花当成了对抗犟驴村长的武器，使韩青在村里的工作处处受到阻碍和制约，并加深了自己与犟驴村长的矛盾。最终，韩青在饱受痛苦的磨砺后，决定跳出橘花与犟驴村长的矛盾圈，用自己的聪慧带领全体村民发展蜜橘产业，与富裕邻村青风村建立合作，把橘江村的经济发展因伤正轨，用实际行动感动了橘花与犟驴村长，使大家心往一处使，还改造了村中油头滑脑的开裆裤，希望再次降临着橘江村。毕业典礼在即，韩青回到学校。就在她进行“毕业就是事业”的演讲中剖析自己在村官一任的工作感受时，犟驴村长却出现在毕业典礼上，并把一份正式的村官聘书交到了韩青手里·······
