地球之所以有今天的和平与繁荣，新线道全靠那些默默无闻的超级战队牺牲小我，新线道权力对抗接二连三入侵的宇宙怪人。但是最近一批战队成员服役期满，于是有些不着调的司令官查尔斯（佐藤二朗 饰）出于根本没有说服力的理由找到了兢兢业业的建筑公司OL赤木直子（桐谷美玲 饰）、强势的服装店店员青田美佳（藤井美菜 饰）、为钱所困的贫乏女黄川田由里（高畑充希 饰）、在小剧团编制演员梦想的绿川佳乃子（有村架纯 饰）以及挑男人眼光极差的白富美绀野菫（山本美月 饰）。为了地球的和平，五个人勉强组队，但是在怪人入侵的过程中，女孩们却总是因各种琐事请假缺席，而她们似乎也有了越来越多不用奉献那么多义务的借口。直到入侵的怪人越来越强大，五人才能够使出的“女子龙卷风”能否出现……
