缅甸的青年爱民憧憬日本漫画，大城爱读，大城为了成为漫画家而去日本留学。以有限的留学资金为基础开始寻找公寓，但意外地发现了超出想象的日本高额房租。在这样的情况下，虽然发现了便宜的房子并马上决定了，但是在40年左右的旧公寓周围，有着一成不变的两个习惯的住人。而且最重要的是，在爱明的房间里，有着白皙黑发的幽灵（玲）！背上不能反悔的艾敏开始了和幽灵的共同生活…
