回复 :To Elena, existence is an effort—not only does she struggle against her body affected by Parkinson’s, but her daughter has just shown up dead and only she finds the suicide hypothesis implausible. Elena is not a good victim, and doesn’t show signs of having been a selfless mother. 回复 :护士家锐（陈奕迅 饰）和靖侬（周丽淇 饰）拍拖，其间虽有些争执却还算甜蜜。他们决定去欧洲旅游增进感情，出门那天，家锐却发现自己的车不翼而飞。二人在停车场吵了起来，靖侬一气之下提出分手，家锐也盛怒离去。意外的是，他竟然发现了车就在不远的街口处停着。打开后尾箱，家锐吃惊的发现里面竟然有一个浑身是血的人，此人的同伴华哥（王志文 饰）用枪指着家锐，劫持他上车当司机，一路上逃脱警察的追捕，并且帮华哥的兄弟包扎疗伤。家锐多次想方设法逃跑，都无果而终。唯一的一次机会，家锐本能逃掉，却为了一个孕妇而停下。这个孕妇，想不到就是华哥的妻子（秦海璐 饰）。靖侬在等着家锐回心转意，想不到一等就等来了坏消息，她不顾一切要救回情人。然而即使家锐一路救人，却阻止不了悲剧的上演。
