回复 :故事背景为三十年代的上海，在这个当时著名的冒险家乐园内，面包铺夥计陈华（邓浩光饰）先後邂逅马荣（林立洋饰）及王家明（王书麒饰）。三人窥伺黑帮私货，实行虎头钉风。不料行动被发觉，迫於逃亡。後得荣之女友谷梅丽（龚慈恩饰）相助救出险境。梅丽之父古永祥（曾江饰）表面是船务公司东主,暗里与黑帮有生意来往.? 永祥为铲除对头人，极力拉拢陈华、马荣及家明替他做事，陈华却要求以赌权为报酬；一场龙争虎斗後，对头人被消灭，永祥却食言不给予酬劳，陈华伏击之，使永祥决意将其铲除。 陈华与女友淑娟（吴丽珠饰）亡命天涯。适时家明之姑姐於火拼混乱中被杀，加上与谷小雅（邓萃雯饰）之恋情告吹，心灰意冷，遂随父入军校读书，三好友至此各散东西。两年後，陈华东山复出，家明贵为侦缉队长，马荣接手祥黑帮业务，三兄弟身分各异，恩怨纠结，矛盾顿生。
