80年代，花心一对支边汉族干部在西藏昌都八宿县双双遇难，花心留下一个六七岁的孤儿名叫曾丹青。一位生活在寺里的当地喇嘛强巴为感恩，含辛茹苦地抚养这个汉族孩子，培养教育，引导他长大成人。曾丹青不负众望，将西藏壁画与国画、油画融合，逐渐形成了自己的画风，脱影而出，成了世界级优秀画家。而他放弃一切优惠待遇毅然回到了强巴喇嘛身边。谱写了一曲藏汉民族团结、血肉相联、生死交融的新乐章。

回复 :邻埠高级长官荣大刚结束了对香港的访问即将离开，然而在机场，突然出现杀手行刺荣。荣大刚身中三枪生命垂危，张志诚警司（任达华 饰）将逃跑时坠楼的女杀手逮捕。随后此案被交给总督察姚天明（方中信 饰）负责，坠楼的女杀手北条真理（白田久子 饰）短暂失忆，不能提供任何线索，而姚天明的家人却被一队由“奥多桑”（千叶真一 饰）带到香港的国际恐怖分子劫持，因担心儿子安危，姚天明只得暗中服从恐怖分子，假意将北条真理杀死，而实际却带走了北条，希望从她处得到恐怖分子的真实身份以及解救自己的儿子。警方对姚天明的“背叛”反应迅速，张警司通缉姚和北条二人。原来北条从小被奥多桑拐走收养，并培养成冷血杀手，这次行刺行动中，北条只不过是阵前的烟雾，真正的幕后杀手另有他人……
