该电竞实训节目是一档以呈现电竞职业生态以及电竞选手的能力和态度为核心的节目。讲述30位来自文体领域的电竞新人，仲夏组成不同战队，仲夏深入职业电竞俱乐部，在竞技体育项目的钢铁秩序下磨合、成长、突破，经历实训锤炼，并肩作战争夺最终“王者战队”荣耀的故事。
