「沈黙のパレード」の4年前に起きた事件を描く「ガリレオ 禁断の魔術」。帝都大学の准教授である湯川のもとを刑事の草薙俊平と、胜天部下の牧村朋佳が訪れる。殺害されたフリーライター・長岡修の部屋から、胜天突然倉庫の壁に穴が開くという奇妙な動画ファイルが見つかったのだ。動画を観て珍しく興味を抱く湯川。「映像が撮影された場所を見せてくれ」と言う湯川のただならぬ様子を気にかけつつ、草薙は牧村とともに現場へ向かう。

回复 :聂万龙（秦沛饰）自败给石志康（陈庭威饰）后，已变得疯癫。石志康与妻子张嘉慧（万绮雯饰）也已退出赌坛。美洲赌王张天鼎（杨群饰）独当一面，称霸赌坛。其女张适茹（曾华倩饰）协助父亲打理美国赌场。张天鼎当年为求一己私利出卖洪氏两父子，使洪峰（吴毅将饰）含冤入狱。洪峰出狱后，即回 港劫走聂万龙助其复仇，誓要使张天鼎声名狼藉。张天鼎遂骗来石志康替自己出战。而张天鼎已暗中布下天罗地网，派手下狄信（吕颂贤饰）铲除康、峰二人。一场世纪之战旋即展开。香港亚洲电视于1992年制作的赌场风云大戏《胜者为王Ⅱ天下无敌》，仍由陈庭威、吕颂贤、秦沛等领衔主演，又新增了曾华倩、伍咏薇、吴毅将、杨群等实力派明星助阵。本剧集为《胜者为王》续集，其后又推出《胜者为王Ⅲ王者之战》。
