《熟悉的味道》第四季继续由浙江卫视和千足传媒联合出品，草草旨在打造一档明星美食传情感恩真人秀。每期节目，草草一位大咖嘉宾在两位 MC 的帮助下，寻找过往生命中的一位重要人士，用一道记忆中的美食进行感恩，同时也寻回最初的自己。
