回复 :影片讲述了一个“革命纪律时刻要牢记”的故事。工农红军第一军的一个连队是有名的英勇善战的连队，屡建奇功。但这个连队有一个最大的毛病是不大守规矩，屡屡触犯军规，从连长徐浩到副连长，说话语气都挺冲，而且一度搞得军民关系恶劣。鉴于这种状况，毛泽东（时任师长）派党代表李英（高露饰，《那时花开》女一号扮演者）到这个连队里抓纪律。一开始，连队上下对这位女党代表很不服气，李英的工作困难重重。后来，通过一名小战士柱子的一件事，让连长徐浩有所触动，他发现这位党代表很是善良，并对其产生了一点微妙的感情。为了立功赎罪，这个连队借道南下，睿智地完成了上级交给的作战任务。但由于副连长的再次触犯军规，导致了党代表的牺牲。军规面前，副连长被枪毙，影片以富于象征意味结尾。
