《全员动起来》是由总台文艺节目中心综艺频道制作的一档社会体育竞技综艺节目。它由普通群众参与、中日体育明星带动，中日致力于传播全民健身理念，提高全民健身热情，增加民众的社会体育参与度，掀起一场民间的“奥林匹克”盛会。
