高丽国王供奉大唐皇帝的镇国之宝——汉血玉马，决案不幸被江南四大盗劫去。四盗因无法分赃，决案遂决定在赌城设局，赢者独占玉马。消息一出，各路人马纷纷出动，意欲夺宝。为此展开了一场又一场血腥大战。
