晴朗明媚的一天，亲恩情住在山间别墅的单身妈妈安可带着女儿萱萱还有受伤的男友关天前往医院，亲恩情为关天受伤的腿拆除石膏。谁知这一天从开始就充满了不祥的气息。行驶在山路之时，安可现是遭遇了一个面目狰狞的小女孩幻影。来到医院后，有业务往来的男子则纠缠不休。一小时前她将关天送进病房拆石膏，谁知关天最终下落不明，甚至打电话也联系不上。安可四处寻找，从医护人员那里得知医院正在从这栋老楼搬迁，负责拆石膏的顾客早在前一天就已经搬走。发誓要掐死阴尸的疯女人，突然出现的血色骷髅，关天留下的斑斑血迹以及医护人员提到“闹鬼”时的可疑神情，都让安可愈加惶恐……
