回复 :电影《西藏班》由八一电影制片厂导演、国家著名演员祝新运执导，打小就成功演绎了“潘冬子”一角的祝新运为了这部《西藏班》，把早已公开声明不再演出影视剧的田华给请了出来，搭配丁柳元和吴其江的实力派演员组合，可谓让这部电影增加了不少写实的精彩。该片以“不进藏的援藏干部”——辽阳市一中藏族班的老师们与藏区孩子们的感人故事为主线，丁柳元出演藏族班老师，吴其江则是常年出差在外的丈夫，田华饰演略带老年痴呆症的母亲，这一家子里还有一个十岁大的小女儿。从拿到剧本，吴其江就在琢磨怎样才能在外形上更贴近既是干部又是丈夫同时还是一位父亲的角色，也特意为这个角色蓄了胡子。虽然导演一直说“没问题”，但是没演过爸更没当过爸的吴其江最担心的还是自己要面对一个十岁的孩子。令他安心的是，进组之后，他的胡子造型得到了导演和工作人员的认可，更让他意外和得意的是，十岁的演员小姑娘和他虽然是第一次见面，却并不生分，让他这个假冒的“现成爸爸”好不得意，二人对起戏来也都真情真演，让拍摄现场温情不少。
