回复 :坤州市检察院反贪局大案组检察官欧阳剑（张志坚饰）、某国有企业总裁翟若冰（王庆祥饰）、逃跑到国外的犯罪嫌人程子豪（林京来饰）、犯罪嫌疑人王楠的前妻吴冬雅（左翎饰）等四个同学各自走向了不同的人生之路 。同窗好友在金钱、权力的诱惑下逐渐分道扬镳，并围绕情与法展开了殊死较量。亚诺公司总裁翟若冰和市检察院反贪局大案组长欧阳剑原是大学同学，但是在他挪用巨额国有资产事发后，两人的关系变得微妙起来。面对情感和正义，同窗好友作出了正确的抉择 。
