回复 :韩国最顶尖的旅行社社长的独子，未来社长的继承人姜智旭（李东旭 饰），不仅拥有万贯钱财，模样也是顶尖的。他和大财团的千金任世景（徐孝琳 饰）订了婚。姜智旭的生活看上去如此和谐美满。但他的内心却从未感觉幸福过。由于父亲长年在外拼搏，年幼的智旭体会不到家庭的温暖。在智旭认为自己的心已死的时候，他邂逅了因被诬陷甩了自己妻子一耳光的公司社员李研在（金善雅 饰）。李研在为公司工作了十年，最后却被污蔑，这让她很是气愤的决定辞职，而这时诊断书下来，说她患了癌症，只剩最后六个月。于是研在收拾好心情，决定去旅行。在旅行途中，她认识了智旭。二人展开了一段颇为欢乐的旅行，彼此互生情愫。但横在二人面前的是智旭的未婚妻和定时炸弹般研在的病情……
