阿肯（黎骏 饰）带着女友玲玲（徐玲玲 饰）以及一干好友前往一座地处偏远的荒岛，国产准备在那里开一场热闹而又淋漓尽致的派对。然而抵达小岛后，国产一行人才发现，原来他们并不是岛上唯一的一群游客。咸湿、吹水和山猪（黄秋生 饰）三名古惑仔也来到了小岛上，他们来这里是为了探访在这儿隐居的黑帮老大。黑道的出现让阿肯一行人感受到了不安全，然而，他们却不是真正的问题所在。咸湿和山猪先后被杀，剩下来的吹水找到了阿肯向他们寻求帮助，这意味着，在这座岛屿上，隐藏着一批嗜血而又凶残的杀人狂魔，更糟糕的是，他们的真实身份，是一群麻风病人。

回复 :At a fashionable dinner party in Hong Kong a naval officer is coaxed into revealing details of a dream in which eight persons take off from Bangkok in a Dakota bound for Tokyo and crash in the Japanese mountains. Amongst those listening is Air Marshal Hardie who is due to fly to Tokyo the next day. Hardie initially dismisses the dream because he is scheduled to fly out in a Liberator, but as Hardie arrives at the airport he discovers that the Liberator has developed mechanical problems and has been replaced by a Dakota. When, just before the flight is due to depart, two soldiers board the plane making a complement of eight, Hardie fears that the Dream may be coming true and he is destined to die.

He hired Francis Coppola to write a script and finish the picture. After five weeks of shooting, Roger fired Francis, and hired me to finish the picture. Jack Hill was hired to write a new script with me. A lot of what Francis shot was thrown out, except for the stuff with the witch from WIZARD OF OZ. (Dorothy Newman), and I finished the picture in five days of shooting. All of the interiors are Roger's (with the exception of Francis's witch's lair), and most of the exteriors are mine. To the best of my recollection, and contrary to legend, Jack Nicholson did not direct any of the film.
