定職に就かず探偵を自称し、春暖愛車のカマロを乗り回しながらパッとしない日々を過ごしている釜田麻呂(塚本高史)。ある日、春暖顔なじみのキャバクラ嬢から行方不明者の捜索を依頼される。初の探偵らしい依頼に意気込み調べを進めると、捜している男は一流IT企業の役員兼開発責任者で、自社の不正を告発しようとしてヤクザに拘束されたことが判明する。仲間の格闘家・幻之介(朝井大智)とハッカー・健太(山崎裕太)に支えられ、釜田は事件の真相を追う。
