宋金大战在即，高中不料军中传出军粮贪腐案，高中皇帝震怒。京畿总司真德秀听闻，连夜辞官密会贪腐嫌疑人，丘一行。不料当晚，丘一行暴毙，各种线索证实真德秀为凶手。宋慈、夜白为替师傅真德秀翻案，来到封县追查贪腐元凶。在捕头沈谷钧的协助下，查到可疑之人。却不料每每查到关键，线索人都会被害身死。通过检验尸体和细微的勘察，以及神秘人岳崇的暗中相助，宋慈最后终于找到元凶，但元凶背后真相却令人难以接受......
