清廷衰落，日本民国初建，日本袁世凯称帝失败含恨而终，各路军阀割据混战，民不聊生，各种传说人心惶惶，其中一个就是木乃伊现世，狐妖食人。曹大帅对奇谭鬼怪有着深厚的兴趣。有人上报曹大帅老家——曹家镇出现了木乃伊。一直以为西方才有木乃伊的曹大帅一下子就被吸引住了，带着两个侍卫和有些江湖术法的参谋——史密斯赶往了曹家镇。

There, they learn that a nuclear holocaust is taking place and that they've been "chosen" by computer to survive in the shelter in order to continue the human race. The shelter is designed to allow the people to exist underground comfortably for years, but they are faced with a threat nobody could have predicted: a colony of thousands of bloodthirsty vampire bats finds a way into the shelter and launches a series of vicious attacks where they claim the humans one by one.
