天赋超群的习武者李阎由于身患绝症，偷偷天操只剩下几个月的生命。他在身陷绝境时意外遇到了一个自称“貘”的男人，偷偷天操被送入“阎浮果树”的一颗果实中。李阎必须在时限内完成系统发布的三个任务，并通过拳赛赚钱换取阎浮点数以购买能够治愈绝症的药剂。随着深入了解自己所在的龙渊城寨，李阎被逐渐卷入城寨内的争端，还察觉到有其他阎浮行走在暗中与自己竞争。突破重重困难后，李阎终于成功完成任务，也获得了新生。
