建造于郊外的工厂旧址的巨大集合住宅。最近，极夜女高中生的诡异尸体被发现，极夜难以理解的灵异现象遭到目击等等，种种传闻不绝于耳的地方。搬家到此处的18岁女大学生凛，因一个偶然的契机而遭遇了怪异。对死亡的诅咒感到恐惧的她，在与探查这所建筑物之谜的民俗学者时世，以及咒术师斋恩等人相遇的同时，自己也逐渐逼近怪异的真实面貌。
