供职于上海某政府机关的科长江浩东（阮志强 饰）正处在人生最关键的时刻，猫咪单位正在考虑副处长人选，猫咪但他心绪浮躁，工作中接连出现失误，小说家妻子舒玫（董娉 饰）忙着赶工悬疑小说《死亡迷局》，疏于对家庭的打理，本有芥蒂的夫妻二人争吵不断。此外，浩东念念不忘旧日的恋人——同时也是夫妻两人共同的好友——杂志社编辑林倩妤（傅冲 饰）。一份匿名快递中的桃花照片，令夫妻二人的矛盾彻底激化。推搡过程中，浩东更不慎被水果刀刺死。惶恐之际，舒玫只得求助倩妤帮忙处理尸体，但是诡异的事情接二连三发生，死亡事件，扑朔迷离……本片根据沈醉天的小说《完美谋杀》改编。
