桃夭带着小和尚磨牙、耳朵第一季收服的小狐妖、耳朵桃都老邻居柳公子一起，为了寻找失踪的百妖谱而云游四方。在途中遇到应声、化蛇、媪姬、照海四个妖怪，为妖怪治疗各种疑难杂症。
