大牌档是香港的地道饮食文化表表者，田园传统的铁皮档口，田园加上折台、折椅，承载着一代代港人跟亲朋好友开心聚餐的回忆，也是游客体验港式味道的好去处。不过，由于当局已停发大牌档牌照，被誉为香港平民美食天堂的食肆可谓买少见少。为了保存这份老港滋味，黎诺懿、李家鼎、蒋怡、卫诗雅等星级艺人，会到访这些仅存的大牌档口，品尝店内的招牌美食之余，也会了解食店背后的人和事，引领大家认识香港最地道的风味——人情味。

He's a fickle and transitory character who was appropriated by the Normans to justify their conquest, he was cuckolded when French writers began adapting the story and it took Thomas Malory's masterpiece of English literature, Le Mort d'Arthur, to restore dignity and reclaim him as the national hero we know today.
