即將超過適婚年齡的打擊樂演奏者一禾，外人結識了鄰居大仁，外人二人在PUB中因談心又喝醉而有了進一步的接觸。一禾的家人知道後，誤會一禾懷孕而力促二人結婚。在籌備婚禮的過程中，父親、祖母和大仁忙進忙出好似一家人，一禾反而被置身之外無法參與。事件進行中，一禾一方面思考自己走上婚姻之路的理由，一方面想到父親對自己的期望與不捨，一禾面臨著這「終身大事」帶來的矛盾心境.....在結婚當天，一禾終於決定逃婚，去自己真正嚮往的地方。

回复 :在静觉寺清幽严肃的环境中，空智大师（刘家辉）正主持佛学并教导一班小和尚勤练功夫，健体强身，惟当中肥仔清凉顽皮的性格街知巷闻，结果因贪玩game boy 而遭师父惩罚。 心心不愤的清凉欲到空智房间偷回游戏机，得师兄清心（刘赐才）帮助才免被师父责怪。原来，两人一直希望走到外面的花花世界见识，就在一次机缘巧合下，清心与清凉流浪香港，并遇上女扒手Money（李婉华）。她眼见面前小僧功夫了得，且无家可归，遂决定暂时收容及教晓他们扒手技术，联同邻居小孩宝宝（李晓彤）一同出外揾食，可是小和尚行事时却乌龙百出，闹出不少笑话。不久，空智急忙到港寻找二人下落，怎知其身怀巨款之秘密外泄，惹来贵利王垂涎，实行掳走小和尚要协空智交出巨款。
