蓝妮是个人见人爱的美女，本来她有一个很要好的男朋友，却因为男友出国，父亲欠了一大笔赌债又染病在身，委身嫁给了富家子弟贾公子。婚后蓝妮的生活并不幸福，离婚后父亲突然离世，为了生计，蓝妮不得不在酒吧做陪酒女，称作玫瑰夫人。虽然忙碌却也平静，但这份平静很快因为酒吧的新投资人肖董的到来而打破。初恋情人的再次出现，酒吧客人的热情追求，蓝妮终将何去何从......
