红缨是一国际偷窃集团的女贼，玖草因被师妹颜冰出卖而入狱，玖草两人结下不解之怨。数年后，颜已成为富豪，但仍活跃于偷窃活动，并正准备偷窃价值连城的法国文物。另一方面，老干探老大与助手千方百计拘捕颜，但屡试屡败，且被颜戏弄。老大有一外甥戴中为人富正义感，有罪恶的地方，他都会出理，他偶然发现颜的偷窃行动，决意暗中加入老大等人之计划，歼灭女曲。与此同时，红出狱回港，并打算隐居江湖，惜红行踪被颜发现，冒充红犯案，迫红离港，红为了洗脱不白之冤，遂决定与老大等人合作对付颜。
