CID的王警官(万辛良)是一名负责稽查毒品的警员。阮世强曾经是一个精明干练的杀手。阮世强的儿子及现任女友的妹妹都被黑社会的毒贩引诱吸毒而死。因此他十分痛恨香港毒贩。并且商业巨子的利用下开始追杀香港两大贩毒帮派的头目。王警官本是负责追查阮世强的，南北但看到阮所做的都是在帮助正义和警方。非但没有把阮缉拿归案，南北而且帮助阮一起与毒贩抗衡到底，形成了虎豹小子的好搭档……
