回复 :2130年，因为第三次世界大战，日本各地出现了被称为“BS（Black Spot，黑域）”的巨大污染区域，不知从什么时候起，在那荒凉的陆地上出现了住民，虽然他们被城里的人当做是“无用者”，但是他们当中有着具有特异能力的人，火、风、重力，人们把这些具有超自然力量的人敬畏地称为——NEEDLESS！神秘的庞大企业西美翁在占地广阔的隔离区黑域为所欲为，他们控制拥有特殊能力的变异人扫除反抗势力。而少年库鲁斯误入了黑域后，在西美翁的追杀下一路逃命，途中遇到同样拥有惊人能力的暴力神父亚当‧布雷德，于是西美翁派出的杀手和布雷德便展开了一场激烈的战斗……
