回复 :1976年5月31日，香港TVB导演招振强拍摄了一部20集的电视剧《心有千千结》，改编自琼瑶同名小说，石修化身浪子，李琳琳穿上制服饰演护士，是他们重要力作之一。另外从这部戏开始TVB播出的电视剧从每集的30分钟改为了40分钟。
