李延治等三人镇魂组因打败赵元奇后名声大震，偷拍剃毛但是新的阴谋也已经蠢蠢欲动。李延治接到怪案，偷拍剃毛员外大肚子“难产”怪案，李延治和玄阳子秦瑜，三人组用各种奇门遁术解救员外，与此同时三人也发现这个“难产”怪案很蹊跷，于是三人开始调查此事。镇魂法师三人来到了一个偏远的村落，此时女子青青被三个大男人欺负，李延治上前解救下青青，秦瑜对青青不友好。被救下的女子青青带领镇魂法师三人到一家荒凉的客栈，青青感恩李延治的救命之恩，于是对李延治格外的亲近，此举进一步激化了秦瑜和李延治的矛盾，三人决裂。最终青青身份暴露，镇魂三人组被陷害，危难之际，在玄阳子的帮助下李延治和秦瑜满血归来解救了师傅和皇上，王爷的阴谋破败。
